How much does shipping cost?

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing.

If an item is listed as FREE you only have to pay for the shipping cost to your location, if you buy two or more of the item there is a discount on the shipping for the second, third... item.

If you buy a number items which are mixed between the FREE items and paid items the same above principles apply.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can track your order status by clicking the Track Order tab. You will need to enter the email address used to place the order and your order number. You can also contact us directly at support@prglobalstore.com to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 1-2 business weeks. Below are the expected delivery times.

We will also send a tracking email which includes your tracking number. 

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@prglobalstore.com 

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please email us.

If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we are unable to cancel your order. This is because we are unable to intercept your order once it has been shipped. If you would still like to cancel upon receipt, please email us and we will action accordingly. 

Do you deliver products internationally?

PR Global successfully ships A LOT of apparel worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!

Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our apparel is available to everyone.

WHY WAS I CHARGED $X.XX AND $XX.XX APPEARS IN PAYPAL OR ON MY INVOICE?

This is due to the website charging in GBP PLEASE NOTE: While the prices may display in your local currency you will be charged in GBP.

I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have 4 different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.

I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.

How secure is my personal information?

PR Global adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information.

Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments.

Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

What are PR Global doing to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff within the workplace?

We’re taking the Coronavirus outbreak incredibly seriously and want to ensure the wellbeing and safety of staff at all times when making any decisions. Since the government advised it was safest to do so, all our head office staff have been working from home. We have put in place a strict social distancing policy for any members of staff who may have to come in closer contact during the outbreak.
Our warehouse staff are following a series of strict guidelines including social distancing, hand washing and many more procedures which may result in some delays in order processing.
